FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Towards energy and physiological harmonization

Foot reflexology is a complementary medicine technique that applies hand pressure to the feet.

The entire body can be mapped on the soles of your feet where different areas reflect different organs or parts of the body, enabling a reflexologist to target the treatment. These areas reveal tensions or dysfunctions which the massage can revitalise to restore energy and vital functions by working on different systems of the body.

Your body communicates a great deal through the feet. With more than 7,000 nerve endings, they convey the slightest pressure or change in temperature. They are therefore the gateway to stimulate these reflex points and act on the targeted zones.

The pressure-point massage has both physical and psychological benefits. During massage of the arch, concentrating on the sensations will enable you to feel the flow of energy and emotions through your body and become deeply relaxed.
